Robert E. Sears. Jr. (Bob)

Bob Sears is the principal consultant and founder of Plymouth Associates, a firm he started after a fulfilling 45-year career in executive leadership roles. His last corporate position was as Vice President of Business Development and Acquisitions at Vulcan Materials.

A deeply committed advocate for accessible healthcare, Bob co-founded Haiti Healthcare Partners, a 501(c)(3) organization delivering essential medical services in rural Haiti. In his local community of Santa Barbara, he serves as Vice Chair on the Board of Directors for the Channel Islands YMCA’s Youth and Family Services, supporting programs that uplift youth and families.

Bob is also a passionate business mentor for SCORE, where he enjoys guiding small businesses to achieve sustainable growth. He holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from UCLA’s Anderson School of Management.
